Isabel’s Profile.

 

Hi everyone!

My name is Isabel. I am an amateur illustrator in the midst of my greatest adventure: the attempt to become a professional. In the meanwhile, I do my best to enjoy and work hard at the administrative and phone operator jobs I get, which help me boost my self-discipline, and which pay for my illustrating and writing hobbies. My non artistic jobs also allow me the freedom to draw and write about everything I want, and to refuse to draw or write what I don’t really enjoy, since my source of income isn’t related to my art.

When my husband and I aren’t creating fantasy worlds, we write long essays on politics, History and religion. Unluckily, so far all those essays are in Spanish, and unless I can invent the 48-hour day, I won’t be able to translate them all to English anytime soon.

Comments and all types of criticisms are welcome, as long as they are reasoned. You CAN say my art is bullshit, as long as you clearly explain WHY it is so. Any non-reasoned critique, be it possitive or negative, I will erase, despite the fact that I do have a habit of keeping them.
