These illustrations of a Beta Splendens fish were a work by commission. They are done in pencil and watercolors with touches of aquarellable pencils. As always, click on the thumbnail to see a full version of the image.

These are sketches done in a few minutes. I have file over file filled with these kind. I’d loath to throw them away, because in every of them there’s a detail I adore: some expression, some look, some flowy hair… I don’t want to fill this site with unfinished art, but I love the expressions on these two enough to upload them here.
